The parties agree to engage in the 6 or 12-month Coaching Program through all material included in the subscription and weekly group coaching calls.
The Client understands and acknowledges that:
- coaching is a process established on the basis of trust and the results of any coaching will depend on your ability to take action and to follow the coaching plan to the best of your abilities; to communicate clearly with the Coach, and to take responsibility for the results achieved as the Coach can only facilitate;
- coaching is a comprehensive process that may involve different areas of your life, including work, finances, health, relationships, education and recreation. You agree that deciding how to handle these issues, incorporate coaching principles into those areas and implementing choices is exclusively your choice and responsibility
- the responsibility for making the processes work is yours alone as no one else can do them for you; and
- it is important to respect the group sessions and other participants privacy.
- With that understanding, the Client hereby agrees to:
- follow the coaching plan based on the Coach’s area of expertise;
- share with Coach all issues on which you need assistance with the understanding that any issues not shared with the Coach may remain unresolved or may impede the successful achievement of the broader goals and objectives;
- treat everything that is shared by other participants as confidential;
- respect other participants by not taking any screenshots of sessions, pictures or any recordings of the sessions containing any other participants;
- keep the information from this program confidential and not share with any other parties outside of this program any documents, links, recordings and/or downloads; and
- attend the session as a participant and to avoid providing unsolicited advice or coaching to other participants.
You further acknowledge and accept that the Coach is not providing psychological or medical advice and that Coaching should in no way replace sound treatment from a licensed healthcare provider. Your Coach is not a licensed Medical Doctor, Psychologist, Psychiatrist, Master’s in Family Therapy (MFT), or a Master’s in Social Work (MSW). The services you receive are not licensed in this province, nor are they regulated by a government body. We will always provide only those services in which we have been trained, and if we find that we cannot help you, we will refer you to a licensed person who can assist you. If you are currently under the care of a mental health professional, it is recommended that you promptly inform the mental health care provider of the nature and extent of the coaching relationship agreed upon by you and the Coach.
The Coach hereby agrees to:
- facilitate the sessions and spend the appropriate amount of time in preparation for meetings with you to provide support required during group coaching sessions;
- maintain at all times the ethics and standards of behavior established by the International Coach Federation “(ICF)” (Coachfederation.org/ethics). It is recommended that you review the ICF and Code of Ethics and the applicable standards of behavior;
- use best efforts to assist you to resolve issues shared with the Coach; and
- treat every session and all information received from you with full confidentiality.
Confidentiality Statement:
All Client information is kept strictly confidential and is for internal use only. Coach agrees that all information received from Client is not disclosed to persons outside the company, unless the Coach receives information about Client’s intent to harm herself or another; in which case the information will be reported to the authorities that oversee such matters. Confidential Information does not include information that: (a) was in the Coach’s possession prior to its being furnished by the Client; (b) is generally known to the public or in the Client’s industry; (c) is obtained by the Coach from a third party, without breach of any obligation to the Client; (d) is independently developed by the Coach without use of or reference to the Client’s confidential information; or (e) the Coach is required by statute, lawfully issued subpoena, or by court order to disclose; (f) is disclosed to the Coach and as a result of such disclosure the Coach reasonably believes there to be an imminent or likely risk of danger or harm to the Client or others; and (g) involves illegal activity. The Client also acknowledges the continuing obligation to raise any confidentiality questions or concerns with the Coach in a timely manner.
The Debut Co. takes privacy very seriously. We are committed to protecting your privacy whether you are browsing our website, using the Debut Co. Platform or otherwise participating in the program. While health information is not intentionally collected by the Coach or the Debut Co. Platform, as a result of the coaching sessions and content discussed or raised by you, the Coach may become aware of certain health information. This Agreement is effective immediately and will come to an end on the day after the Client completes the program. Notwithstanding the Agreement coming to an end, the confidentiality obligations in this Agreement will remain in force and effect.
